People can lie about the skills of the players and NO-ONE can prove nothing!
If a NT coach is suspicious about a players given skills then he can ask that players' owner to put him on the Transfer List Ads for confirmation. If the players' owner wants his player to play on the NT i'm sure he will be happy to do this.

a player who left the field (ie red card) can only be substituted by another player who is on the field, not by a player from the bench
So if I want to replace my redcarded deffender number 2,3 or 4 I can set 6 orders in '40 min and in '60 min my present on the field striker who has defending skills also to replace the redcarded deff. Is that right ? And can anybody tell me will he(the playing striker) play with deff or with ATT orders after he goes in the deffender's position?

And one more time... I can't see the reason, why they are not seeable!
And if someone don't like that the player is in NT team or don't want to show the skills, there should be an option 'make skills seeable for NT trainer'.
Very easy solution.

you should set the order in '1 min because the red-card-order is checked in every break after the minute you've set. And yes, you can replace the red-carded defender by a striker. The striker will play on the defenders position, but he will keep his ATT order, so he won't lose training (as far as i know).

In a way it's already possible with the transfer ads but thats not a private system and everyone can see. It's clearly possible for a "Make viewable to NT" button and there is absolutely no reason why it shouldnt be introduced.
