I heard somewhere that in YS, 3 or 4 would be good talent, 5 or 6 is average and more than 7 is rubbish. Someone confirm this for me?

it is how you've said. For example i purchase players only with talent less then 4, doesn't matter of youth coach level. I heard that talents more than 4.0 are bad. This is what i know :)

why not? it can happen, if you have a very talent young player in your school and a very very great coach for your juniors but i think not that happen in the first weeks but maybe after some weeks that's can be possible

How can u know the talent of a player before you buy him?

you'll have to ask the seller for that.

A team in England has a youth that has popped 10 times straight in 3 weeks. Its with either a Magical or Unearthly coach. He has shown the graphs too.
