Is it possible to pull 17yo junior with 2.5 week talent? Ppl are curious that I do fake screenshots:

yes because of the new changes..
actual max talent for a junior is 3.11111 weeks or something around there (think its 3 + (1/7)th but maybe its 1/9 as i said..

since the change to junior school its difficult to tell juniors talent until he is properly trained.. however the chances are he is talented ;)

Can someone advise what is the best way to calculate talent of juniors. I looked on several old posts and many excel spreadsheets are no longer available. Thanks.

What I do when I get a new junior into the youth school is split de weeks he has to stay in the youth school to 4.5 and than ad the result to his curent skill and than I can get an idea of what he will look like when he will come out... I think you were aiming for this ... otherwise you will see his real skill after at leas 10 weeks in the youth school or after you train him yourself after he joins the main team!

Skillsum + (weeks in junior school / 3) + 1

skillsum / 3,14 = finish level
finish level - 7,2=minimum pops
pops / weeks = worst possible talent

Try to do the maths without the stamina.

what about this junior? he doesn´t pop down since a lot of weeks around 12-13, he can reach magical? he should right?
