He would do several different things while the audio-clip was playing. I guess it is funny because nobody understands the audio and what he does is so strange when combined with the audio.

Its a show with odd humor, somethings work really well and others just dont.
Btw, here is another clip with the same guy. This time he is supposed to keep a stright face interviewing an Norwegian pop-star while the other comedians mess around with his "equipment". Even if you don`t understand the language it should be easy to see what they are doing to him:-)
