I compare the races in the last 10 years for those 20 years ago,
In the past it was all about the Drivers skill and craziness and today its all about technology........

Hard to say it, but even NASCAR is more exiting and fun than F1 :(

I don't get people that are now complaining about boring races. I really don't get it. (Monaco is always a rather boring race.)

I'm not complaining about races being boring now. Last few seasons were great, and this one can be as well. I'm complaining about Monaco being boring, as it always has been with very few exceptions, and as I always expect it to be. This race, not races in general, is boring.
If they like to do it because of the tradition, fine, they're free to organize it every year. But making it a part of the championship is absurd.

No, there wasn't. Luckily, because that's what F1 is all about, and what makes it great: the competition among manufacturers to produce the best car imaginable. Drivers are necessary to make the cars run, but it#s already amazing that they play such an important role in overall performance. But at the end of the day, it's a car competition and it's natural that the best car should be the winner.

If you want only people counting, go watch Usain Bolt. There are enough sports to make everyone happy, there is no point in trying to make F1 become a copy of an already existing sport, leaving F1 fans nothing to watch.

(And yes, even if you need cars to be involved, there are plenty of categories in which the car is the same for all drivers, so only driving and setup counts. That's usually where F1 teams go scouting for drivers. Of course, none of those competitions are as successful as F1, unsurprisingly from my point of view).

It should be a combination of the driver and his car (same as Horse race :).
otherwise, why do they give personal trophy for the drivers and not only for the manufacture?

The reason that the other races are not that successfully is because they will always be 2nd and 3rd league races compare the F1 that its the premier league.

Most of the limitation that used are to reduce expanses and make it more equal between the teams, but imo they only make it boring :)

I agree with you, but a championship without Monaco is not a real championship. Monaco has to be there ;-)

Monaco is great, it's a challenge to the drivers, every driver that doesn't crash his car in a 2 hour race at monaco is a hero in my opinion.
The skill and focus is a real challenge for the drivers, Monaco is epic!

If you remember the epic races that have held place there, how much money it brings to the FIA and making it easier for them to keep this sport alive. Than you know this race has to happen every year :)

Have a questions. How use clutch in the F1 ?

The clutch is only used when the car isn't moving (so at the start or when they spun off). It's a little paddle at the back of the racing wheel.
