I need help. Is there any liquid, powder or whatever to put on brakes so they dont whistle? In the local retailer they said that asbestos is now banned on new cars and thats the reason brakes whistle and that is a common problem with french cars so there´s nothing they can do about it. So does anyone know if there is some alternative to asbestos(as police check that shit on new cars:p) Its pretty embarrasing to break with all that noise.

not only with french cars...all new cars whistle more than before :D
i think the only solution is change your brakepads with better ones
...or you can put some oil on your brakes, they won't whistle for sure but maybe you'll have other problems :D
