Layout is really the last thing that should stop you from playing. IMO, the game has a quite good start with decent implementations during the first seasons
How are trainers created? i know you can buy them on the transfer list but how are they created, in the youth school system?
im not saying the implementations aint good, they are! But the layout makes it look harder than it really is.

Well i find the training page a bit badly done.
The trainers, also few players(dunno maybe already stopped) are generated randomly by the server
You just need to click on the stat you want to train for eleven players, and then save it with the disk. Not so hard is it ;-)
yes but it is awekward when you dont know that at first. At least with sokker it is simple by a drag down box.
I believe that has more to do with "being used to a different style", then with the layout
