My players dont seem to be improving any skills in indyvidual trnaing. trainer's level in the trained skills is 10, so shouldnt be so useless. Is it normal?

trainer's level in the trained skill has to be 16

trainer with skill level 16 would be rather expensive ;)
So is it normal that my players are not imprving? Also would the skill imporvemnts be shown clearly in the "trained skills" section(e.g. by glowing or something like that) or do you have to check manually?

Old or not talented. You should have rises about every 5-6 trainings with averagely talented players of age of 21 and coach of 11-15, at least that is what I had back then.
