You can check talent on the player's page in the youth school where you can see how many decimals he trains per training. A good talent is between 0.2 and 0.3 skillrise per training in one stat

Training in juniors is better since you can train 2 skills at once

cause my trainer has a higher skil in tackling and pace and weaker in heading :P i have my own strategy: maximizing in youth school some skills that i wont train in the senior team :P

U.M is a copy of sokker

The potential of UM for instance is like times bigger than the sokker, plus there is a lot of differences between sokker and UM. OFc there are similarities, why not to implement something that is good? ;)

I do exactly the same. My trainer has a high pace skill, so my youth receives only pace in the beginning to check their talent. Afterwards, all pace comes with the senior team

Actually that is quite a low talent or you are training him in wrong skills ;) Must have looked great when he came to your youthschool to reach that levels until now.
