You did actually train him the wrong stats, since he's popping a lot faster in tackling then in playmaking. This means that his preferred position isn't a defmid, but definetily a def. If you would have trained him in pace and head he would have been even better ;)

well admin told me max is 0,4 personally had only 0,3's in my team

I've only had between 0.2 and 0.3 talent. Never seen a player with a talent better than 0.28

i have a clear 0,3 :P never got a 0,2 pop


EDIT: now he is in my team, though he entered my youth school with no skills, very low from the start, managed to raise him quite well... i hope i will get more youths like him
