This game seems to be quite good! I hate to say this but I think it has more potential than Sokker. Ultimate Manager is still a bit behind Sokker but it already has many options I would like to have included to this game. For example you can chance tactics in the middle of the game, you can have international youthschool and there is a rewind button in 3d match.

It's a conditional order like here in sokker.

You can set a conditional order like this:
If losing -1 at half time change from tactic X to tactic Y
