I have 8 youth players atm who will have at least 22 points in their main skills when they can come to the senior squad, so yes, for me that's a weak one ;)

no talented youth will look like that when pulled. I had a youth coming to youthschool with almost no skills at all (all skills below 2). He will come out with 2x 10.5 1x1. It is the clearly best talent I had in my youthschool.

Oh, so youths (talented ones) really develop so fast? I have only played a week but I have player in youthschool who has 2 skills at ~2,5.

Talent is most important. If they never pop 0.3 in the first 2 or 3 weeks, then they don't stay with me ;)

i have 3 scout and they are national. they dont give me good talanted young player

Actually, do you mean that the pops must 0.1 per week during the first 2-3 weeks or 0.3 per week during the first 2-3 weeks

it is indiferent but if you have international scout can more players (more players' possibilities)
