your scout are international or national ?which is the best ?

it is indiferent but if you have international scout can more players (more players' possibilities)

i have 3 scout and they are national. they dont give me good talanted young player

In the first 2 or 3 weeks, your youth should ave a 0.3 pop during one training, so that you know minimum talent is better than 0.2 per training

Well, i have some of my youngsters with 0.1 pop per training... And only 2 with 0.2 and 0.3... I may decide to let them go and play golf :-)

Ah, your edit makes more sense ;-)

I suggest you always give some pace training the first weeks combined with a stat for MID (tackle, pass or playmaking). Like this you can find the talents the fastest. If a player only pops 0.1 at both pace and one of the others, then fire him immediately. He isn't worth your time nor money ;)

You should have your team within a few days. Nice to see some Belgians finding their way to UM. If you want to, you can always ask me for information ;)
