but I also must say that work 3 times a day is bad for health, bro. never work more than 2x a day. though the best for ur health is to work 0x per day. and also you should eat more. breakfast clearly isn´t enough. or u trying to lose the fat, so you could see ur sixpack again? and well, at least Kostja scored mmkay, so in general, it was a good day for u I hope.
