Yes, Pelé was not only faster, for me he is a timeless player, would play well today but would not have the status he had in the past obviously.

M'Bappe will be a very good player, but probably not even close to Messi/Ronaldo. Probably more like Aguero/Lewandowski (Not in terms of his playstyle, but his status)

Of course stats is not everything, but Neymar is the kind of player that would score in every team. And yes, French leagues is weak, but it's his first season there and I'm not using stats from this season.
