Finished watching The Animatrix. I rate it absolutely an 8+ so an 8 on IMDb :) Great anime!

I liked it as well :)

Haven`t watched much movies recently, but have had some time to watch few.
Men in black III, I think the best one in triology. I would give 7,5/10.

Has anyone seen The Dark Knight Returns Part 1. It´s a cartoon and imo pretty good. Didn`t like that Bruce was too old, almost as old as Alfred, but still watchable. I would give 8/10.

Just finished watching Starship Troopers Invasion 2012, was a good anime :) I give it a 7 on IMDb.

i thought it was a really good take on great film :)

I really liked it too :)

But till now no anime can beat Akira (1988)! :D And ofcourse everyone should watch the Japanese version with subs, not some dubbed version as it really doesn't sound the same when it's not in Japanese.

Now watching Shin seiki Evangelion Gekijô-ban AirMagokoro wo kimi ni (1997), "Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion". Don't feel like reading this late so searched for a English dubbed one .... Youtube ;P

Just saw expendables 2, think 7.5 on IMDb is on the mark.

Personally there was too much "blood" for my liking, the blood made it look like some sort of comic action flick like kick ass or something, however i did find many parts humorous, especially the part where there is one bad guy left against all of them, they shoot the living day light out of him, and Stallone goes "Rest in pieces"

Was a good action movie overall though

Just saw Battleship. Didn`t have expectations and any high hopes, because Rihanna had a part. She was the reason I hadn`t watched it so far. So finally today decided to give it a chance and imo it was pretty good, it surprised me. I am a sci-fi fan, so If you don`t like the genre you probably hate the movie.

I like sci-fi, i just hate this infinitely-looping-movie-recipe-disaster. Take a hot babe, a rebel and some badass aliens who threatens mankind. Let those aliens kick the rebel's ass, till one of them makes a deadly mistake to say something about his sister. Rebel gets up, takes a baseball bat, fk's all the aliens from here to Andromeda, gets the girl, the money, the medals and goes to Disneyland.

+ at one point the earth is close to its end/humanity is close to extinction

It's the most stupid idea for a film though, a board game. Although I did hear about them making monopoly into a film...

man, the end of the movie was like a fairy tale for little kids...they defeat the aliens with a retiered ship, a museum ship, who works perfectly and MORE it has ammunition on it, even if she was retired from service...until the point with the retired ship the movie was ok...after that...disaster stroke :)

I know I know:) There were parts I didn`t like aswell. For example the legless dude boxing with alien and his teeth flying out of his mouth in slow-mo...
But such are the most movies today. Has anyone seen a film where aliens win in the end? :)

Just watched another great Sci-Fi movie: Moon

Is a good story, I would give it an 8-, but on IMDb that's not possible so I gave it an 8 and I don't often give movies an 8 :)
