Haha, i didn´t know that idiom. May i ask why he used the interrogation mark. Cause then, it seems he was asking if he was at his orders. Or it´s just a typing mistake. ;)

It must have the interrogation mark :P "Mande?" is like "Diga?", "Si?", etc ;)
(Actually, not "Mande" nor "Diga" should have it, as they are "gentle orders", but they do :P)
