So it means: 'Hi!' but in a different way (in Polish of course) The one who has sent that message seems to be looking for friends ;p

I think that this guy who had sent you that message meant:

'How much would you give for my players?'

Maybe you had been interested in his players and maybe that's why he's sent you a mail...
If it isn't so, I really can't guess, what he maent...
