Could someone explain me(probably from englsih speaking countries) that what does this word mean - "Eccentricity"
My english-estonian wordbook expalins it quite weirdly:)

You'd usually use it to describe someone who is a bit mad and does odd things (but are not necessarily stupid).

You'd usually call someone eccentric though, rather than talk about eccentricity in general.

It's fairly difficult to describe really though.
