Subject: Value 3 points more

This game values how many you win by miles too much and does not value the 3 points itself enough, this needs to change otherwise you get huge problems like i have

finished 3rd did really well, fans leaving by the droves
finished 2nd 4 seasons in a row before that fans were not joining

now i lose 4 coaches at once

The biggest problem is that there are no rewards rewarding enough to play for.
You are managing your team, but for the complete wrong motivations! You manage ''not to get punished'' in stead of ''getting rewarded'' for your efforts.
