I am also involved in other federations and I am free to close posts.

In order to see if this works you can change me in moderate as NT coach. Then i can test. If you have some doubts the thanks for your time.

My home country guys added me as NT coach, no change. So I am plus user, your statement about PLUS was wrong.
Its a bug!
I hope someone can really verify this and give a note to someone in charge.

if you need to be a Plus user to get/work in NT Association that is just stupid. NT/U21 Association shoud be completely free for all....

I checked myself in Bosnian association, as I am plus, and still didnt work. They gave me all power but still nothing :).
