Subject: [bug] with subs

I made a mistake in orders - I had some orders losing by at most 3 goals and losing by at least 3 goals.
What I do not understand:
Ambersley and Deloffre got on the pitch on minute 4 - the game was 0-0 at that time so I was not losing...
On minute 68, I was losing by 3 goals (0:3) but Sams and Silverstein did NOT get on the pitch.

Seems like a bug to me

it is a bug, but those "at most" conditions are either, wrongly phrased or wrongly working, since day 1

in reality it is not "losing by at most 3 goals" (which implies losing), but rather something like "at most losing by 3 goals" (which I think would imply that winning or drawing is ok and one have to be losing by 4 or more goals to not met conditions)
