I could bid on a coach using bid button. After I made the bid and was the highest bidder at that time, I wanted to bid a larger amount and that didn't work

In your case then, it is only checked at the first minute. That is why the first two players are substituted while the condition for the other two is not matched.

Later at min 68 min, when you losing 0-3, the condition is not checked. So no substitution happens.

Wrong thread. But thanks for answer. Imo it should behave same as other conditions. It is not consistent. Some conditions get checked multiple times after specified time and some only once.
