Aye Stevie, decided a few months ago it was more hassle than it's worth.I only kept it open to promote MacDowall,I was hoping he'd hit unearthly & he almost did but ended up magical so good final player to promote!.I'll just be buying top trainees from other Scottish teams from now on mate.
ps sorry everyone about the multiple deleted posts!.Tried several times to post MacDowall's details & wasn't working, took me a while to realise you can't use the symbol for less than (for his talent) on here or it'll send the forum wonky & your whole post'll disappear!.

shame on his stamina or he would have hit 3M+ if it was on pm instead
Sorry to hear that mate but its totally understandable , the youths have really been awful for too long now
I decided to withdraw from the junior league , but i plan to keep m youh school open , i might get lucky and get a decent player in another year or two :)

So we've got about 34 teams in junior league at the moment, 20 of them are in premier or first divisions and probably are able to afford decent youth coaches. Doesn't look like this will produce a lot of top quality juniors. Hard times ahead for u21s I think.
Also I know it doesn't affect training if a junior plays in a match or not but what is the benefit of playing these matches? Does it help the coach to predict their skill level more accurately?
JM , i think its a buggered up system to be honest - my youths are constantly up and down , ive not had a player who hasnt plopped since the youth system changed
Im gonna go a while without entering a league and i will let everyone know whats happening and if its any worse/better than being in a youth league
As for the U21s , we are pretty much doomed anyways , nobody seems to care enough to train players up and regularly update , i also dont think we get anywhere near enough decent players coming through due to the small user base

bizarre! you still have the game scheduled Stevie despite pulling out the league
I concentrate fully on youths mostly. Despite being in division 2 I can still afford a Magical youth coach. The three below are probably my best prospects but I can only really train 1 of them. I would like to keep Robson as he has been here for years. If anyone thinks it would be worth me transferring the other two to someone who might train them up then let me know.
Hugh Howison, age 18 value: 164 850 £
wage: 1 740 £
formidable form
weak stamina excellent keeper
very good pace hopeless defender
tragic technique hopeless playmaker
average passing hopeless striker
Donald Robson, age 19 value: 150 450 £
wage: 1 200 £
superdivine form
adequate stamina tragic keeper
excellent pace poor defender
good technique formidable playmaker
good passing good striker
Shaun Stirling, age 18 value: 85 950 £
wage: 885 £
magical form
average stamina unsatisfactory keeper
excellent pace very good defender
unsatisfactory technique poor playmaker
good passing poor striker

i would buy shaun stirling and i would bid 400k on him.
No takers for MacDowall unfortunately,no point in wasting a training spot on him as I'm concentrating on scoring so it looks like he'll be wasted in my friendlies team. :(
not at 1 million i will start the bidding at 600000 if you want too relist him.
No thanks mate I wouldn't sell at less than a million.
