Getting utterly sick of the youths now :(

every single time without fail , my player drops skill levels on the day he arrives

am i doing something wrong or missing something ?

This lad arrives next week - and im fully prepared for welcoming a Formidable pull lol

It's in the game rules that the better your junior coach the less discrepancies in the final result but there's no guarantee he will be as predicted.

I think the junior can be one full level up or down even if your coach is supernatural.

im sure the best level you can get is Excellent so depends a lot on age ;)

I'd say it's a minimum of 90% of my youths drop on the day they arrive

It's been happening for a very long time now , it's frustrating lol . Maybe I should just sack the youth coach and try a new one

From what I have seen, nt managers are complaining for lack of midfielders (long-term).

I will keep training def for a while and then try MID training. Not for the next 3 seasons though

you are 100% correct mate we need mids , for the future we have a lot of defenders and rabb has some quality strikers ;)
Camilla15 was my go to guy for mids but i think he has taken a small dent to his pride and passion which i hope he comes back to show us what he can do..
i'm hoping Stevie gets Maxwell because he is a class player , but i still need you all to produce and build what you are doing as i have said from day 1....
