I take in there's a bit of sarcasm here but to be honest Jamie McCunnie and Kerr MacHarold if they have talent are good youths. Excellent and Very good are only mediocre youth pulls, but those two are certainly above mediocre.

Kerr MacHarold is as good as my outstanding +2 youth today.
Jamie McCunnie is 17 and could easily become a first team defender.

yeah macharold certainly has possiblites as a good defender obviously would be better if he was younger but very good trainee with possiblities, i have trained worse then sold them after a couple of season for over 1 mill
