It is election time again! You now have the opportunity to stand for election as the national team coach (either Senior or U21) of any nation and vote a Senior and U21 manager for your own nation.
To access the election page, go to the respective country homepage and then click on National Team and then Elections.
If you stand for election, it is recommended that you open ONE thread in the appropriate country forum after the elections start. Please prefix your thread with [NT] or [U21], e.g. [NT] Ferguson or [U21] Ancelotti.
Please do NOT spam forums, SK-mail people directly for votes or spam users Guest Books.
Any of these activities will result in forum banning and/or a financial fine.
Please remember that a user who has been elected as an NT manager will not be able to resign from their job. Therefore when you stand for the NT job, it is not only for fun, it is also your responsibility to serve the full term which the community have voted you in for.
Elections have started so start get your speeches sorted, asking candidates tough questions and of course most importanty voting!
-As usual, candidates are not allowed to write in other candidates thread;
-Use this thread for general discussion or asking questions of other candidates;

Mission accomplished. Scotland will go into 3rd seeding pot for the U21 WC draw tomorrow.
Well its come to that time of elections again I for one will not be running next season.

I decided to take part in the elections Scotland U-21. Why here? Why not? Looking for a NT which lose WC Qualifications, and i will start build something new in Scotland U-21 Team.
What is my experience? With National Teams actually no have experience. I play in this game wiith some brakes since i think 2004 (???). I play here just for fun. I never think about managing some National Team, because i preffered to do some statistics, player databases like here:

With tactics i have my ideas. In my opinion a lot of "experience users" has ancient thinking about tactics in this game. That game is just a set of numbers and events, and even the randomness (or especially). So i think we can win with weaker players than other countries.
I know a lot of users in this game, the best tacticians in this game. Multiple winners National Championships, Cups or Champions Cup winners. I know many medalists with National Teams senior and U-21. I have friend in this game to ask for advice.
I know my english is not so good, but we can speak polish if you can (joke :d). Why Scotland? I never was in Scotland, i work few years in Ireland, but never was in yours country. Many times i thinking when i work in Dublin: "i wondering, what is a far away on the north?", then i heard another voice: "a Scotland you moron!' :d
Next season is actually "game for nothings", i would try many 20 yo players, that players which try win qualification to the next World Cup U-21 - i do everything what i can, to make this for Scotland :>

I hope whoever gets the job(s) is better at communication than the current guy who doesn't even answer personal mails let alone post in the forums.
For those reasons I hope we get a Scot in charge.

Believe me, is no guarantee that will be better communication if Scots manager take a charge. If user who get this job, actually "shit on it", it doesn't matter where it comes from - Hungary, Poland, Germany or... Scotland.
Scotland has 42 users, this is one of the smallest countries in sokker. I don't know many of that 42 users is actually active, so i expect that the work here can be hard - it's not Poland where is 10.000 users and about 500 is day by day active on forum + about 2.000 realy active in the game. There is simple. Here i think NT coach should fight for every single user, because that user is a future of this country in sokker. If all of you just gone from this game, Scotland will be not exist in sokker, like countries where is 1-5 users.
So i think, good communication is a priority if we want to do somethings good here :>
