in which may be my last game in charge of your u21,s i will be going all out, as i will next season. Tactics may differ but as 1 i believe we have a chance... i need you all to train and bring forward your youngsters(money isnt everything) and give me the following support you have shown so far. Lets rise and be a nation again!!

Just watched it. It was just one of those days, we were never in danger of losing a goal. We'll put it down to the dodgy match engine!

My comments would be:

Play strikers higher up the pitch.
If you are going to play someone behind the strikers (number 8) then this position for me needs to be a mid.
Change player positioning at throw ins near the opponent box so we can try & get crosses in and create more chances.
