It was a really hard season and we failed to get a good ranking for the WC draw of this season, sorry about that. Whoever gets elected will have to get used to Sviktorov's national team database and what I have done to help is make lists for the players that need updated U21 of course, and they can be found in the Scotland TOP SECRET.

The U21 team needs a tactician, more than anything, and someone who has the patience to go through this season, the Friendlies only season and the WC qualifiers again-hopefully with a better ranking, more prepared players and a better draw. Like Legolas said, it's a 4 seasons job
