Subject: »[U21] Nothis

hi guys, last campaign was full of friendlies only, i felt i had to give opportunities to younger players to improve for the next campaign... the last few games have been disastrous by trying different formations or by by playing youngsters against 21s... other candidates say we have a small community but i still feel we have a lot of potential coming through, we just need to give it a chance. i have played 17,18 yr olds because of this and again i want to play home grown talent (you all do it very well my past few seasons have been enjoyable down to you all.The end of last season and this season has been a bit missed by me , i have had 2 different jobs and moved to sunny bathgate, so sorry on my behalf.) whether you give me that chance to play my players i have brought through is down to you. i don't have a great connection with you guys, possibly because of my flag next to my name... if time for change and a fresh face i respect that a lot, and will support and follow whatever choice you all make.

either way it has been a pleasure looking after your youngsters the past few seasons and i wish you all the best as always.

What ever happens in the election you always will be in my scouting team buddy. Perfomance in u21 team with just 15 youth squads is really difficult not sure if other candidates realize that. I have great communication with you in all matters regarding NT formations and i hope you will have one more chance. Other candidates need to prove their dedication to community first.

Tonights game/this morning in Scotland......... USA played 11 21 yr olds we played 5 (not including subs) i hope this helps either me or whoever is next in charge. Good Luck!!!

Also..... if given another chance.... i want the help and advice from you all about who you are training, who i need to watch from our teams..... and if anyone thinks our u21,s would improve by another tactic or means i want to know... i don't enjoy being on my own for games... you guys are and have produced great players some i wished you had kept, others have bought and will benefit me or the next u21 coach. i enjoy encouraging you guys to keep the best but also make ££££££
1 manager paid a lot tonight for a u21 player which gave me hope... i hope you do the same.
