Its strange that you have only 2 scotish players in your team and none in the main squad. i think the change should start from there. If you guys want the Scottish team to raise you should have at least 50 percent scotish trainees. Good team could be done of few users but needs quality not quantity. yeah. of course its my idea to have only scotish player to train. ive strated youth school like 2 seasons ago and havent got any player with potential yet. but i have there 30 places to have full potential. if any good player will come from my youth school i would share it with you guys and hopefully we will train them together. having 30 players do not gives you opportunity to get new youths
few tips do not keep older players there in youth schools you have limit of skills so 20y will be not good for their age. track the talents regular and do not keep players with no improvments and talent above 5
give always a chance of the 16y even if they are with really low level
be patient soon or later you will have some super stars

of course every saturday i have 24 players for opportunity to have 6 new ones, and 30 places;)
