my junior school... still I dont have any valuable junior. I have magical trainer and my tactic is that I keep only young players 16-17 no matter what level and after max 10 weeks when I see they have talent >5 I fire them.
only this player: Rabbie Rae from my school seems to have talent and is improving all time(I have contact with his owner), but I sold him because he was in my youth school only 5 weeks and I didnt know talent.

so for now: big waste of money:)
