Once again I've decided to start in elections.
I hope You all are satisfies with project we are continuing with Piotr and let us do this for many season as we need time for effects.
Next season I'm gonna focus on our younger players as I mentioned in topic about Quailfications to World Cup to give them extra training.
We heve big gap with quality players now, there is no many to choose from, hope its gonna change in near future as with Piotr we are doing a lot to make this better.

Yes of course it is updating. We dont have many teams and players so since we are nt managers not single junior worth anything was missed.

Plan for future is doing what we are doing right now.
For seniors as I mentioned before I'm focusing in friendly game to give younger players extra training as we dont have them many so we have to use their maximum potential. Our best players becoming older, they are around 32-33 years old, and we dont have proper replacement for them now. Our hope is in players which are 22-24 yo now. That's why almost every game this season was in U27 squad...

This season we have qualifications to WC thats we played last 2 games with first team. I wanted to check what we have and it wasn't bad - notes around 76 and draw with strong Serbia plaing in 10 after red card. I will be fighting this season to get to World Cup for sure.

hello guys,

In my and Michal situation there is only constant work. in this season there was a lot of situations in making new success. there was only 1 point missing towards the world cup.
if it comes to the players, they are made to perfection. i think if i didnt win the next vote the next person would not complain.
I am still in contact with many users who constantly giving me the skills of the players.

In the nest season lots of very good players will go. but we will have replacements. the only minus is the position of MID. but i am working on that.

The last thing is that unfortunately we don't have constant fluidity in new players at the right level. defiantly i would like to thank for the scottish users who are training their players so scotland can be the best. I hope you will choose the best players you can from your junior schools.

I would like to read a few words about the games before, after, it doesn't matter.

I know time is precious.

I don't watch games, I simply read the stats and simply have an academy.

I voted for the first time in Scotland.

I have been in your shoes, I know how it is. Some of the players that are now under 28 where in my U21 Scotland a few seasons ago.

The DB update, correct planning and targets for the future are the way to go. The tactical part and opponent scouting is not easy but needs to be tailored every week.

We were writing about about matches, about qualifications, about Mini World Cup, etc. We did it in first 2-3 seasons of our job and got practically zero response. Scotish community clearly dont need this and its ok because without ths we are doing progress by coopareting with clubs directly. Peter few times made a summary of clubs training youngsters and I think its enough for now.

About stability and progress please talk with Peter, he is here I think 4th season in U21 and he can say what players he had at the beggining, how many clubs were training Scotish and how it is now.

You got 5 votes in a day. It's a 20 users community. This is not zero response, people like me read the forum and maybe don't write all the time.

I know what players you guys found, I don't know what is happening and if there is progress, etc. If you don't have time I understand.

Can Scotland be top 30, top 40, top 50?
Season targets? Is it just the 2 of you behind the 2 national teams?

this is my 5th season, with Peter we see this at long term project. sokker is very slow game and changes need time. in my last qualification I made a post about lack of good players, and that we have to wait for them, did you read this? do you want me to write this every week, the same, that we dont have strikers at this time and no chance for good results with teams from first 40 of ranking?? Our hope for better just starts, Will and Stewart are 22 years old, these are first players from our job. by the way you can join if you have such big expectation and start train some players, not only run academy and sell.
