After todays win with Italy the goal that i made of 32 reaching the 32nd rank has been reached. Scotland today has massive potential and it will have even better potential when in 2 season playing at the world cup. Tomorrow we will meet the opponents during the world cup eliminations .

After todays big win, Scotland has a clear road in reaching the goal that is too advance to the world cup. The end goal is to be number 1.

Will you be going for manager again next season ??

Off course this is my plan, i would like to get into the world cup and then end my partnership with Scotland. I think that is the best resolution as i have done as much as i could. Obviously i will not be choosing next season so obviously that depends on if people want me to stay or not.

My advice would be this

Interact on the forum regularly and talk to the users , they are all great lads here . All they want is to be treated properly and feel involved. Not everyone replies all the time , but I think it's appreciated just to let everyone know what's going on with the U21 and also the NT

You've had many positive results, so you have earned the right to keep the project going . This time it will be fully earned as all the cheats have been cleared out

Chance to be positive and move forward

After the last match Scotland beats England in ranking. This was my silent goal for this season. I don't remember how it was last time but has Scotland been higher before ?

Practically the advance is definite and i will play matches with 20 years old, maybe the rest of the elimination i will be playing with players of U20. I will try and send some information to the trainee in Italy and a request to play a match with U20. Maybe he will be interested.

After todays win Scotland is going to the World cup. In todays match only two players where 21 years old. Next week i will try to defeat Italy.

Congrats, getting 2nd (qualifying) by quite a margin... and helping developing Scotlands U21s... Its been a diificult season for Scotland with all that has been going on. I believe with encouragement and you getting involved with the Scottish managers would still benefit and build for the future of the u21s.
I believe and hope for all the hard work you have put into getting the u21s where they are now (fairly) and passion you have shown to get there... gives you that chance to show what you can do in a WC.
i hope you are given the chance to do so and i believe if you want to build further on that, getting involved with the great bunch of guys that they are then could/should go further..

After the lose with Italy today was a good match of 4-1. The last two matches i want to experiment and have a chance to play with other players.
