I just finished the qualification for world cup. It was very close to get qualified. Austria couldn't win the game but i should of won with Shqipëria. First gave Srbija lost gave game after two red cards and injury of a player. I made a draw by loosing a goal in a funny situation. Now i want to focus on mini world cup which i want to make good score. And qualifications which Scotland can be a good team, because the player u19 are on amazing level. i think that there is a chance inn the next eliminations were Scotland can play on the level of 55. thank you for engaging in Scotland

Firstly i would like to thank for the votes for me and Micheal. This project has to have us both so i am gad we can both do it together.

My plan for this season is to play with players from U20. My first goal is on Friday i want to start the season by winning.

I also put myself for a mini world cup and here i want to achieve good results.If i don't do this straight away then i would like to at least get into finals. This tournament has a focus on U20.
My last goal is to advance in ranking to a minimum of 38, to increase my chances in the next eliminations.

Nice to see a few strong friendlies.

If I am not mistaken ranking 33-48 means exactly the same for next season's draw. Staying in top 40 and trying to get to top 32 in the future is something I would like to see in the future.

The main National team was 28th in ranking once, but mistakes were made consecutively.

I am looking forward to seeing progress this season for both teams

Just like you said, to be chosen in the second position we would have to rank at 32. This season we are playing with good teams and we have higher chance of getting more points. I am risking it as im not loosing on it because of third vote is good.
Its nice that at least you will respond on this because i feel like no one reads this.

I always read, but don't always respond.

I am more interested in seeing the average Scottish player get better and better with training.

Do you guys use any tool as NTDB?

of course we use Database

maybe You want to be closer to our NT teams?? maybe as a scout??? we will give access to NTDB...

we do updates as often as we think it's neccessary, Piotr is doing I think every week, me as senior team manager not so often, but I think it's not nessesary as they develop not such quickly as juniors. But if You think it should be done better, you can offer us help. Let me know thru SK mail if you are interested

Can you please tell me what NTDB you use cause a problem Scotland has is that automatically you are to use a different NTDB from rest of the world.

Oh, that is the one yes. I don t like it, however it is connected to skunk and could be useful.

It is important in my opinion to update all players once a season, and more times for younger players like you said.

Also, it would be nice to manually remove players if they are obsolete.

I want to help but not sure how yet
