It is important in my opinion to update all players once a season, and more times for younger players like you said.

Also, it would be nice to manually remove players if they are obsolete.

its my 6th and Peters 5th season here as nt managers, did You seriusly tought we dont know skills of our players??? :D ;)

I was worried when I saw Bowman listed as Bayern Munich player on the ntdb, then I realised it's the same team as now, renamed, so it's a bug.

My old account for the ntdb doesn't work, naturally.

I cannot take the way you work for granted, I have learnt a lot in the last couple of weeks.

I am slowly preparing for my next season. I would like to be blunt i will either advance to the world cup or it will be my last season. Me and Micheal have given up private time and it would be sad to lose all that work. You can all see that the Scottish league has jumped up. In the last match the team played 54%. off course i would have not done this alone but we built a better communication between all of us. You can all see that with your help that every season we have new good players. This will be my deciding season and i hope that it will end in success. I would like to make it clear that this is a collaborative project from me and Micheal. So make sure to vote us both if you want to continue this.

Yeeep, Im with Piotr i this project. Now we see resualts of this. U21 team play at almost 55% average, and each season new 5 to 10 interesting juniors come to Piotr's squad

I'm sure this season Piotr will qualify, and each next season our teams will be stronger.
So give votes for our project, I mean for me and Piotr, please :)

About senior team - first players since we started our NT juorney now are 23 yo, next qualification they will be 25yo so almost in their prime age. And then You will be able to judge both - U21 and senior squad for 100 percent :)

I like long term projects. If a bad game or mediocre forms stop you from advancing this season, it doesn't mean you have to stop. If you are tired I understand.

Same for Michael, if he manages to have the team ready for next qualifiers, 3 seasons from now he can be in world cup finals.

So, I think you both should have at least 2 seasons more.

At a glance, 16 academies are participating in junior leagues atm, let's hope this number goes up to 20 next season.

It is not i want to leave this. Just like every ambitious person want to see success after working hard on something.

Next season the plan is that in games for score the first team will play but in friendly game will be the second team. In this gave the scores won't matter. So for sure there will be a lot of debuts.

For the base its going well and now there is 130 players U20 which are under my supervision. Of course if i didn't see something you can alway place it in the main forum.

Sorry guys but lately i didn't have time. This is our team and the goal is to get promoted. I promise this time i will make every game the best i can, as lately i have not putting the energy in. On friday the second team will play as i don't want to make players injured as they will play in the eliminations.
