Subject: [U21] Braveheart - Piotr2901
Finally i have found time to write about what im going to do next.I did not want to write straight after the match; as i was angry. I thought about my decision and i would like to continue my job. I have spent too long with my work for it to lose the success I've had. Additionally, i have tried to improve my tactics and make my job much easier to do. Firstly, i would like to fight for the biggest ranking so that i can have better chance for the qualification towards the world cup. I have decided to have the best players but i will let some other players in that are younger who can advance.
About my last eliminations towards the world cup i am some what happy because i can see improvements in the team, i can not be 100% happy obviously as i did not make it into the qualifications. The key to failer was the matches with Eesti as the game favourited them more. In the games previously with them we always had an advance on them but this time we only scored one point. Eesti not only had it better with Scotland but Romania as well which shows in their last match where they draw 2:2. They had 100% accuracies. Obviously, if you think that my time is over and you want someone new then i will respect that, but i hope i can still play with Scotland.
Thanks Piotr

Hi,
The mentality to win points and rise to top 32 in ranking is correct.
I will have to point out that Experience is very important for sokker players, and if you use 21yo players next season in all games you will find the team to be weak when the next WC qualification season comes.
I would opt for balance in what ages are used next season and hopefully you can book a lot of U20 friendlies.
Sometimes luck is deciding the fate of games. Even in top 32 Scotland will not be strong enough to win all games with lower ranking teams.
I understand you won the Premiership this season so you have tactical skill undoubtedly. However, other countries have a lot more competition like Romania, Poland, Italy and managers from those countries take over national teams and gain lots of experience from their local and international sokker matches. You need to overperform with Scotland in order to advance to the WC finals.
The only way to make it in the long run is to work in a way that if you quit sokker tomorrow, the next Nt manager would know what to do, would have paperwork filled and in descriptive details, etc.
To motivate the Scottish Community even when nobody responds. To try to gain one user, 1 sokker player, one trainee, one academy every season... That woulb be more important to me than going to the finals.
The last bit is for all candidates.
Thanks

This is how my calendar looks like for next week. This season i decided to take part in mini world cup and this is where i will fight for to gain best results. Additionally, this tournament is about players from U20 we can check the potential in the future because of this.
As i said before my goal is to gain 32 rank, that's why i am going to play matches with higher classifications. Every win with these teams will give us quicker and bigger reach for the goal. This season i do not want to treat it with ease that's why im going to concentrate during each match.
Would like to thank you for the trust and votes, thank you guys

Very strong friendlies. Good luck for next seasons.
Of all active Scots only 3 teams do not have an academy..
Shanky's Select
Fc paisley
Morse United
18 academies participate in junior leagues and 3 or 4 have juniors but don't play in the league for their own reasons. Some other teams like Zenith and Somerled are now bots.
All in all, the percentage of teams that have academies is amazing.

Unfortunately we do not have any other option but to play with the best. If you want to win with them than we have ti have many matches with them.I have to gain ranking for this season that is my goal.
