This is my youth school, I keep only 16-17 yo. Best now are 7 last ones, as they are mostly 16 and have about 20-30 weeks to exit and potential to be incredible-magical if they are talented and jumps every 3 weeks. My trainer is magical.

Gentlemen it is clearly a good investment to train and sell players,These are 2 example of young Scottish players,I hope that makes you think that a consequential training can give you financial advantages!

Yesterday i tried to buy Christian Hughes and i bid him for 7.4M but the price was shocking for me and i didnt expect this.I tried to train him for my team.I hope that the Scottish group that with Micheal we are trying to create a system of training and building upon the greater Scotland.

Gentleman please engage in what we do and work together.
2018-02-18 14:50:51
Both players very young - 18. It's thing i understood only 2 season ago. It's pointless keeping in your youth schools players that are age 19-20 when coming out, because even if they are briliant or more they are not worth much. Keep places for younger players and you will earn a lot. Just 2 seasons of understanding that and yet I have player like this:

Andrew Will, age: 18, height: 179 cm
value: 116 400 £, wage: 1 290 £
club: RAZEM, country: Scotland
formidable form, weak tactical discipline

unsatisfactory stamina, weak keeper
very good pace, weak defender
excellent technique, poor playmaker
poor passing, excellent striker

I could sell him now and have a lot of money, but of course as I"m training strikers he stay in my team. I will sell him later for more as I know his tell and I'm sure he will progress or what is more possible I will train him to 28yo and he will be strong point of my team and National Team.
Please keep it all in mind and sooner or later You will have your own superstars or become rich;)

And like Piotr said, we kindly ask You all to engage here, tell us about Scotish playeres You train and sokker will be more interesting for all of us and we will get stronger on international level.

Just as Micheal said there is no other road to success.I don't know what your finical state of teams are but it is worth to train in one formation on your own with the rest of the money you can buy more.Looking at the older players you won't achieve success because older players loose skills quicker so sometimes its worth to go 1 step back and 2 steps forward.I did that earlier and now today i can buy any player i would like but that does take time and putting more emphasis on the long run.
2018-02-18 17:40:53
I sold Cavanagh as at the time he didn't fit my plans and I didn't want his talent wasted . I did the right thing as look how well he has progressed

I have utter dross in the youth system just now it seems , but I am looking for Scottish players
2018-02-18 22:12:35
I just wanted to tell you the training overall in the long run is a good thing. The best thing to do is train the youngest players as at the end you make the most amount of money. The ideal thing to do is if Scotland could benefit from it.

In the same way i treat U21 i know that it would be fun winning all the games but at the moment its way to early. My goal is to advance towards world cups but not now but like in 3 seasons. For this too happen you have to do the work now.Stevie i still admire that you came back to the forum and in a much smaller aspect but it is still good news for others. It would be great if others would follow.I know that a lot has gotten better as i have more contact and with mine and micheals help are engaged jn the project of juniors Scotland
