I'm very satisfied with how they look. Since I have unearthy trainer in Junior School i see that new players have better skillset. Even on lower levels they seem to have more sense. I have this trainer for max 10 weeks but already I can say it is worth to spend this money.
As far as I know also very young team - Aberdeen Cows have unearthy trainer in junior school and you can see how much money he got from this - 12 984 344 £. (!!!!)

I suggest that if You have finance for that, let unearthy trainer a chance. it should pay of. But i mean unearthy, as I see big difference with even magical trainer.

Next important thing is to let play juniors in junior leagues, not because its interesting. Matches are made here not to observe them and watch results or scorers. Junior leagues give your trainer opportunity to watch players progressions thats all. Then you can judge their talent and decide if it is worth to train them
