Very good project, i would like to join.

That is a very good prospect for any nations with less then 40-50 users for the u/21.... if he'll reach seniors aswell, depends if talented enough to train mid skills too

General appraisal of a coach depends on the sum of his individual marks for training each individual skill.

The sum of all skills is very important for the youth coach.

My magical has a sum of 124, this is reflected on his wage.

Any team that can afford magical+ for the youth team should aim for a high sum of skills.

I understand the junior academy can be random for years, but in the long term and as a community of Scottish junior schools, we will benefit from having the best possible coach and +6 slots every week.

Any other thoughts on how to get the best out of our academy?

Well to train own youths for a couple of season or at least getting some usable screens on talent, will get better sales and more enthuastic coaches to buy them.

Also dont underestimate, how many can be defenders, and their price has gone up.

On the school solo, well i think that if you run 14-20 youths, it is rare anymore can be good enough, so yes +6 open slots all the time should be possible.
