Subject: Junior Scotland Training Project
Well to train own youths for a couple of season or at least getting some usable screens on talent, will get better sales and more enthuastic coaches to buy them.
Also dont underestimate, how many can be defenders, and their price has gone up.
On the school solo, well i think that if you run 14-20 youths, it is rare anymore can be good enough, so yes +6 open slots all the time should be possible.

Also, i had an 19 yo mid season brilliant, turn out to be 2x16+3x15..... although yes, most of the time, the younger the better
Yes, training is extremely important but it is the next stage in a junior's career.
For many years I was "obsessed" with running a high-end academy and training team. I saw brilliant results and the average of my more than 20 juniors while in the academy was good(7) to very good (8), had 2 magical outcomes, and many nt players through the years as I was training them myself.
My now more relaxed, on autopilot, Scottish academy has given birth to 2-3 mediocre players that might make it to the main NT and one superstar Aaron Huntly GK, gonna play the WC this season as he is 21. He can be our main NT GK soon as well.
I would like to know more about the transfer market, etc. And I think, all of us, combining experience and knowledge of the game, we can help each other out and make our teams as professional as possible
