In general it looks good.I don't keep players from age 19 in the junior school unless its the beginning of the season.You have a good trainer but remember that this type of trainers takes a lot of money.Try to keep in budget or it will lead to bankruptcy.Im glad you ask about my opinion as it helps build up Scotland.

As the season is coming to the end i would like to write a few words to summarise it all.One good thing that im proud about is that there are more players cooperating and working with me.Sometimes often people sell one scottish player and buying another one.In this season the biggest issue was the lack of 20 year old players in the team, currently the first team only 4 are present in that age.The rest of the players are 18-19.Today i did some hard work to make sure this type of situation didnt happen.We now have more players 16-18 this should allow us to avoid the same problem of having a lack of players.We need to continue the work,therefore we will know that the Scottish team is expanding.
Now we are starting the fight of QWC,i hope i can lead this in the next season.The team might not be as strong but has players that give me bigger tactical opportunities and possibilities.Im optimistic about it all.I would like to thank all the trainers who help me build up the Scottish team.I am happy as more people are actively helping.

I hope this project will be continued for many many seasons. For me effects of our actions will be for "monetize" in 5-6 season, and You have your effects already - U21 team is getting better for sure. I think all Scotish see this and let us do this job for many many seasons :)

Because i sold the players in my club, i need new players from your YS. I want to ask you if you have any new player ?I have a lot of money to invest in Scottish players. Can you put the levels of your junior players please.
