after 2 wins we will do this for sure!:)

After 2 very close, but unlucky matches with Uruquay (second even closer despite result - 1:4) we are losing our chance to qualify to World Cup. Now my plan is to switch to younger players. I will play practically U27 to give them training as our best players are now at least 31yo so they will be much worse in next qualifications. I will do everything that's possible to make our younger stars much better in 2 seasons altought I will also fight for good results but they can be a little bit worse than ussual. I hope You all will understand.

Summary of qualifications:

We finished at 3 place. 4 wins and 6 losses.
Crucial games with Uruguay went very unlucky. In first game we were ahead till 88 minute 3-2 and somehow we lost 3:4 :( In revenge we play very well but got unfair result 1-4, after this game I got even such massege from Uruguay coach:

man , you made a very good match! the 4-1 is a bit unfair for you.

keep it up, you are doing a great job with Scotland! (you won the mini world cup) and you always make good matches.

After this 2 losses it was clear we have no chance to qualify to I've started to play our younger squad to give them extra training as we need as best possible players for next season of qualifications. That's why we lost with weaker teams such as Honduras and Philipinas. But I dont and You shouldn't worry about this games as developing our youngsters is the most important thing.
Our best players: Kris MacLaws, Shaun MacRaith, Donald Rankin are 31yo and in next qualifications they will be propably much weaker than now so we have to think about creating new superstars to acomplish qualify to World Cup.

Getting all this together: in this season I had less luck than in last season when I was winning Mini World Cup for sure, I had also less players to choose from as our best players getting older or weren't in proper form and we have a big gap of quality players and maybe I made some mistakes - but this is for You to judge not for me. Anyway I did my best but this time it didn't work out this time. Sorry for that.

Micheal please work like this, hopefully you ill be chosen again because i really like coworking with you.I hope that in the near future my players of U21 will play in your future team.

This Saturday starts next World Cup Qualifications. This is our group:

2. Schweiz 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
3. Scotland 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
4. Makedonija 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
5. Belarus 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
6. Nippon 0 0 0 0 0-0 0

I think it's quite even, each game should be interesting. After each
game I will try to put short note about it. You are all welcome to watch
and comment:)

How I see our chances? - our best players are getting old
(Rankin,Maclaws,Macraith) and they decreased. We have big gap, I mean
players 25-29 years are not bad but not the best, and potential stars
are now 23-25 yo (Spalding, May, Macrory,Bowie, etc) and they need more
training.

We dont have The strongest squad for sure. But with a Little luck we can fight in every game for good result.

Yes, Bowie plays in First squad now and mcrory almost - he Has potential to be 5 times divine

After two games we have one point.
We could have three but in first game engine wasnt really fortunate for us.
In second game in my opinion we had no chance, even notes show this, we played in the strongest squad right now and we reached note 10 less than Estonia.

Today I played friendly with our young squad and they played I think better than our 32-33
present (or past right now) stars.

My conclussions are that we need to focus on our young stars, because even playing with a little better players 32-33yo we have only slight bigger chance for better result. So with weaker teams like: Belarus, Nippon I will play only with young players, and with Schweiz if we would have still chance to qualify I will play with our strongest team with our players after their 30.

Thanks for your votes and choosing me again for your NT coach. I won 15-2 that's mean You all see what me and Piotr do here and You apprieciete this. This is long than project and we starting to see nice results in our U21 NT, our senior team have to wait for players from this junior teams.

Anyway every two season we play in World Cup Qualifications. This season we have group like this:

1. Bulgaria 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
2. Bosna i Hercegovina 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
3. Scotland 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
4. Cymru 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
5. Cameroun 0 0 0 0 0-0 0
6. Honduras 0 0 0 0 0-0 0

Our strikers. If we have at least one decent striker with form I would be very optimistic, but we have the biggest issues in this formation.

Billy Spalding - highest skills right now, but since I remember his form is on level 0, max was I think 5.

Eusebio McAuley - also high skills, but little worse than Billy, form is a big issue for him as well. but now it's rising, maybe maybe it will get high. our player for first squad now.

Henry MacRitchie - first squad player, form very average, usually 8-12, could have higher technique, with Bulgaria and Bosnia he will have problems with defenders because of that.

Jake MacAllister - lack in technique, usually he has high form but now it's dramatic

Andrew Will - player from my team, our best prospect. although now his skills are not enough for now, seems to have some kind of talent to score almost in every game. always in best form. I may use him sometimes, even with strongest teams. Should be superstar in next qualifications.

Our midlfilders are all about levels 15-16 in mid skills, so I think they are avarage comparing to bulgaria and bosnia mids. But they usually play well and they can deliver good ball for our strikers, with weaker teams in our group they will be more than enough and with two strongest they also will create some situations. This formation is not bad for sure.

Our defenders... Center defs with superb pace and def skills, could be better in secondary skills - tech, playmaking, passing.
Def on sides - I like to play in this formation with players with hish secondary skills, almost mids, I think that gives a lot for playmaking of whole team. Bowie and May are very satisfiting for me.
Generaly defs I would compare to our mids, not bad, quite good. For sure enough for weaker teams, maybe good for two strongest.

Our keeper - Jason Bowman, superb pace and keeper and high, I'm pleased with him, because he keeps form as well. Only passing look sometimes ridiculous. But You cant have everything ;)

Summarry:

We have stronger team than in last qualification. With a little luck, with high forms of our players exspecially strikers and me doing well with tactic, we have chance to qualify. Matches can be very interesting and it would be great if You will watch it with me and comment.
