My name is Dimitris from Greece, 40 years old. I'm in the game since 2008.

I was a

4) First Coach Kypros U21 (1 season)
5) First Coach Pilipinas U21 (6 seasons)
6) First Coach Hellas U21 (1 season)

Now I ask you to give me the opportunity to be in Scotland where my goal is

1) activating active users in the forum
2) the training of young players from 16 years old
3) updating her database
4) increase users by the doubling method and social media (facebook)

Thank you very much. Whether elected or not, I will be close to National Scotland U21. I will help with my experience both on the regular track and at the Academies. As I have done in many communities I have opened up the subject of the Academy where we have a lot to say there.

How many seasons you want to have fun here?? I see that in Hellas you played only one season. wow.

Me and Peter are here now for 7 seasons. Team u21 that was playing on average 40-45% notes, now reaches 58%.

Green Star, WISLOKA 1908 DEBICA, JOHN BHOYS FC, RAZEM, Scottish Argonauts, Parsonage Square FC, Tottenham Whitespur, Darkside Cowboys, Jugglers, Chamsters01, Glasgow Lions, Aberdeen Cows - all this teams cooperate with us and they train Scotish players, thats 12/25 almost 50%. Show me other nation with such numbers?? And how many teams did you convinced to train in hellas in one season?? lol

I think that is disrespectful that you starting the topic Academy Day, before you even win elections. You behave like we didnt do nothing here, its very weak. We run Junior Scotland Training Project, since then many teams joined and train Scotish players.
Ok forum is not very active, but in nation with 25 how can it be?? I watch Polish forum with 3254 users and its not superb active as well.
We are in direct contact with users that want it, Peter and I ask almost every week for updates and we advice what to do.
You wont build here nothing in one season as I know you would stay here if you win.

Your opinion is very respected and you do well and respond. As I said, whether I am elected or not, I will be here this year to help, if there is a response. The issue of elections is another matter. You stress very well because many people are running, losing the election and then leaving.

The point of the Academy is to encourage users to get involved with their Academies. Don't see me as an enemy, but as an ally. You don't know me and you're doing well and you have doubts. Time will tell whether I'm true or not.

What Micheal wrote is 100% truthful, i am not going to talk about these topics because we are starting for the same elections. After last season i had worries whether i wanted to do this. This is why i needed time.Today i know that you cant quit before reaching a goal. If you do want to work together with us that's great but you have to wait for your time.If i do lose then that means that's what the Scottish forum wanted. Thanks Piotr.

Hello my friend. Good luck and good luck on your way to the game. I do what I am trying to do in all communities to bring users together. Many users cast their ballots in the elections, losing even those who did not nominate Chora. This is very bad.

I trust osasunistas and I remember his work from other national teams.

His mentality is not to have fun but to make progress. The latest example is his run with Greece u21 that qualified easily for the world cup.

I know he will stay and help even if he loses but the thing is I offered my help last season and I was denied access to the Scottish ntdb.

Osasunistas has been helper-assistant to 2 of the best tacticians in Greece and he can bring fresh ideas and tactics.

I think 7 seasons for Michael and Piotr are too many but this is not about persons. This is about doing what is best for the future of Scottish sokker.

Having all this in mind, I want to give osasunistas a chance, he has my vote.

its not a big deal to take strong team and qualify nad resign after one season. it's big deal to stay for 7 and more seasons to have actual impact on teams that you are runing. LOGIC

I replied to you staff not the reason I stayed 1 season and the reason we have as a team in the Greek Community. It is not for the world to analyze it here.

but I'll make an exception because you probably didn't understand my reasoning. In my team this year I had 8 assistant users. The player manager (database) was the first coach before me. The dedicated tactician is now a running trainer. The rationale is to be united, no matter who the coach is for the good of the team.
