Consider buying some Scotish juniors if you want to show your dedication. Actions not words!
Academy is not at all interesting, its only made to let go juniors. You are wasting your time, as no one is even reposting to your posts no one is interested. I know thats Scotish NT teams are now very seductive now as me and Piuotr made a big progress here, but... at least buy one decent player and show as something worthy

Thank you for your message. I have an 18 year old player, as I tried to get others but the price went up over 1,000,000. The Academy is a difficult part of the game but it keeps in mind the users who have stayed in the game. As it helps their finances and the national teams.

and I'm telling my opinion now. you wont do from aacdemy interesting topic, as its made as very not interesting, impossible to watch etc. You are wasting your time here, better spend it with your family.
Few things are important with academies:

- junior exiting academy should be max 18yo,
- junior should pop up at least once every for weeks,
- coach should be at least brilliant, perfect is unearthy (in my opinion he gives best possible distribute of skills),
- playing matches in academy gives coach better possibility to judge talent of player.

In such small community priceless are teams that whant and can train their players. Sorry if You want some day to become a manager here You should collect some money, because if you are not able to spend more than 1 mln on player you wont be able to give good example.

I do not understand this misunderstanding and the attack on Micheal. we are engaged from many seasons and we did not need anyones help. We are trying to complete everything to the best of our abilities. In different countries people are realising the growth in Scotland. Here however it seems we are not doing enough. Me and Micheal are sacrificing are own clubs to represent Scotland better. I just want you to show me another person who is like me that spends millions on buying Scottish Players; to have the satisfaction of well trained individuals.
