Hi guys, adaca told me he is running for Croatia and as I have been working with him this last season, already know some things about Scotland NT, I could be a good option here. I was running for Australia but if you guys decide to support me I would continue running for this strong NT.

I am nerozurro from Colombia and have been playing sokker since a long time, until a couple of years ago my team was in automatic pilot and after pandemic I came back, now on team´s renovation.

About my experience as National Team manager, it is not too long but has been very nice

1. I was manager for Colombia many years ago, the previous season we didnt classify to WC, then my season was only transition. Anyway I remember got good results and improved in ranking

2. Last season there was a massive ban in Republica Dominicana, I got "elected" with 0 votes, started on week 11 just 1 day before the match against Italy, we lost 4-0 but it was great as had to setup tactics in 1 day and didnt know player's skills. 1 week later we won to Spain 1-0 on official match.
You can see here the results of that season starting on week 11 (7 matches, 5 victories), only agains colombia, Dominicana had more rating. The other 6 matches, Dominicana had lower rating

3. This season I have supported KenyaU21 and Scotlad senior, both teams are doing well

4.Since a couple of seasons ago, I have been scout of Colombian NT (senior and U21), we discuss tactics on private forum, and sometime we show player's profiles on public one see an example


About my way of playing:
1. I try to use 4 defenders. 5 only when necessary. I try to use 3 "inner mids". Said this, I try to avoid tactics like 5-2-wing-2 which are so popular
2. The most you fear the opponent, easy for them to win, something nice about sokker is that you can play aggresive even if strategy dont show that, sokker is about movements, not what figure to use. As example check my match against Spain. Lucky?? maybe.... A couple of weeks ago the actual coach of Dominicana used again the same tactic and won 1-0 with U27 for "Copa America". Lucky? maybe......

The objective will be to classify to WC next season for sure, we will be in pot3, so it means we will have a lot of interesting matches

In Colombia, when a manager takes a National Team, all community start training young players for this country. We are doing this currently with Kenyau21 and Thaiu21, if Scotland needs extra hand we will do it, I see that Scotland is very organized, is around place 53 on number of users but the actual senior NT rank is 37, U21 rank is 16. That is just amazing. This is a prove that number of users is not as important as quality. In Colombia we are having this transformation, our U21 team is getting rating points so fast, but all of this effor must be finished by the senior coach, helping on the last training (24-26 yo players) and suggesting users for this last boost, which I have seen adaca working very good on this

I know Scotland has it own database, dont know exactly who is the administrator or how to use it, but we also have a DataBase, it has been developed by great manus (god of information), it makes work so much easy the way manus made it, we can get easily scouting of opponents and has been customized with additional features as suggesting best position for each player. With this I am not saying to replace the actual DB as we have to continue updating and use it, but I am saying we could use additional help.

please let me know if really interested, I would like tyo continue adaca´s process, otherwise I will have to classify Australia for WC :P

Sorry, Croatia is a once in a lifetime opportunity for me as it stands.

Smolian, what I am saying is that if u guys have another option, for example one you, there is no point for me to run.

But if u guys support me for sure I will go AT LEAST 2 seasons, you have the decision with vote and it will depend more on the community than me to make the process longer

The community is very small, so you will feel alone most of the time.

I hope you can stay for more than a season, no matter what success or failure comes due to results / tactics / injuries / luck, etc.

I would be happy to know more about the ntdb you talked about. Do players get automatically updated somehow?

sure will be more than 1 seasson. and as I already know some of the players in Scotland, I know we have team to fight against almost every country.

what i showed here is an output of the database. this is a great complementary tool, yes it has automatic updates, this may just look like an excel file but right now it is working right now in 4 countries (Colombia, Thai, kenya and Dominicana), of course, each one as separate file.
As you can see in this tables, it is easy to see what players are ahead on their age, then discover starts. For example In U20's table you can see Sanchez Zapata with 19 yrs is performing as good as 20 yo players. that way we know what players to look for future. This can be done by al ages and if "similar players" lets say 27 and 25 yo, we can consider to use the 25 yo as can be better boosted

What you see in the database are scores according to percentages we worked, we can filter by condition or form for example.

There are some other values not shown in public but are used to "discover" best players:
- estimate value: shows approximate value of player if divine form
- Rating: average of last 3 ratings, also provides posicio.

Form , rating, value can be updated just by one click, then even if a player is wned by somebody that doesnt update, we can have a fast view on these metrics.


all of this done by manus, the best way to update a player is to put him on TL or announcement. This tool updates once daily but also can do manual pulls.

manus has also created some additional databases, dont know if u have seen the history of each country on the WC or classifications, also managers, now extender to cc.....

The community is very small, so you will feel alone most of the time.

Dont worry, in Dominicana I was talking alone every week. :P
