Subject: List of youth schools and level of coach

For 15 users, to keep NT's succesfull, we need all 15 users to invest on the YS.

Plz write your team name on list if you have youth school with 6 opens spots always, and what level coach you have.

I believe such a list, can unite the scottish community, to fight together for good Scottish players, no matter who gets elected. It will encourage all to do so, when they see the list, strong and filled.

8 teams participate in the junior leagues.

4 junior teams don't.

1 of the 12 active academies has 30 players so I don't know if they are actively promoting juniors.

3 teams don't have an academy at all.

If we login every Thursday we can promote youngsters, reject those who we think have no future (new ones arrive every Saturday if we have a number equal to juniors in the academy + 6) and we can set the new free slots. 30 is the max so if you have 30 already, no new players will arrive.

Also, when u got young players from Academy (on thursdays) you can share in this topic (I haven't seen any topic about that), this way will help so much in the future.

I call all of users who have got Academy in Scotland.

Where do you see junior teams who are not participating in leagues... didnt know you could that??

JOHN BHOYS FC - has 20 juniors
BRIGHTONS FC - 23 juniors
Parsonage Square FC - 25 juniors
KS Wojtek Bear - 14 juniors
Luing Ghetto United - 22 juniors

Those 5 teams have 104 juniors of totally but they don't play on junior leauges.

Since it's a small community we can easily see at the players' page, junior players.

Fc paisley, one team I can't remember now and Quasar are the only ones with no academy today.

But 80% are also well done

Quasar is a new team and they will open one if/when they are ready.

The other 2 I don't really know but we have ntu21 manager for years, I am sure he has asked them at some point.

I will ask, but i think it is a "we" job :) Meaning that i want the community to gather around this task, feel pride in it.

I still think it would be a good idea to list the level of junior coach and fill the list, and i will wirte letters to people soon.
