Subject: u21 campaign

Gutted i cant put WC qualifiers in my header but will spend this season working on a new different formation to suit our u20's... also playing players to their strengths and positions. this is a season i am depending on you all to train your best players for our squad..
we only have so many users on here and you guys are smashing the training and producing fantastic youngsters..
Please dont lose faith.. keep training and producing and i will play as many as i can.. i am a massive fan of home grown youth and if you think you have a player who should be in my plans.... please tell me :P

nice start although our Keeper played his part ;)
probably the most we have been stable in weeks so will build on that , some players got a debut and done well.
we will keep on building again next week so keep doing as all you do ;)

This week making some changes to squad and tactic (tweaks) all the squad is under 20 as we have no 21 yr olds in squad.. will be on a scouting mission again next week.
Keep training as well as you always do ... mini mama mia cup should start next week but really trying to build for future.

I thought a good match vs El Salvador u21s.... they played a few 20 yr olds and some 19 yr olds .... they also had a superstar 21 yr old (and others) playing who scored the equaliser ;)
we had a squad of 20,19,18 and 1 17 yr old playing who i thought done really well , as i said i am looking to build these players and want to improve ranking for next campaign...
i am finding it difficult to play some players out of position as i hate losing extra training for you guys as well so if you decide to change to def , mid or striker let me know and keep in the loop..

we will still play friendlies to train to be our best and wont change the season plan...

Hong Kong is the pasta cup and Jamaica is a friendly...
