I would like to continue my project in Scotland.
I've done a player analysis and we have a lot of potential especially in the U18s but there are also some U17s who are nice, I've also bought Jay MacTavish aged 16 myself.
I would like my adventure with the Scottish national team to last as long as possible then we have a chance to rebuild its potential.
If you, like me, want Scotland to count in the world of sokker, vote for me :)

Welcome.
We got a strong group with Poland in the lead.
I think that we are able to win with everyone except Poland, but we will not give up easily and I already have a plan how to set tactics for Poland.
We have a really decent composition. The DEF line is really strong and I have substitutes. MID line is our problem, but Mark Ure will lead us to good results:)
Strikers just need to be effective, because it is not a tragedy.

I promise to do my best. Let's hope there are no injuries and cards.

I would like to thank you for re-electing me as Scotland's u21 coach. I am proud to be leading the national team and continuing the project I have undertaken.
I would like to promise that we will progress to the World Cup, but we have a group favourite to win the gold medal in the overall competition.
I will try my best to lead the team to these matches.
I ask you to give the younger players good training so that they will be able to fight for the highest goals in the future!

i don't need to know all the important people for scotland as coach of this team, i want to do well for this nation. That is why I undertook my project here and not elsewhere.
I wrote in my statements that I want to spend a lot of time here, not because I have nowhere else to coach, but because Scotland deserves a good result at the World Cup.
We both know there is something wrong with you. I am ready for your criticism and I am not afraid of it.
I not only look after the current team but also their successors. I control the training and development of young players, which you have not done and left the team in a generational mess.

By what you said about controlling players , do you mean you own multiple teams and use them to train players to suit you ?

Nothis knows why he writes this. I am not going to write on the forum what is between us.

What I mean is that the coaches consult with me what the player needs for training.
Sometimes I myself persuade a coach to change his training to help a Scottish player.
