Hi,
It would be a great honor for me to lead the Scotland U21 national team. Therefore, I would like to present my candidacy for this position.
I am from Poland and I am 37 years old. I started my adventure with sokker in 2007. Some time ago I returned to the game after a few years break. Somehow it was sad without sokker :D
After returning I quickly found my style of play. I am sentimental and quickly "identify" with my players. That's why I have a lot of fun leading the U21 NT. Recently I undertook a mission to save the Kazakhstan national team. I have been heavily involved in the search for users for this country, rescuing young players from bot teams and training and promoting young talents. As a result, the U21 of Kazakhstan has players to play at all. I managed to infect 2 users with my enthusiasm, who opened junior academies and systematically supply young players.
Now I am looking for bigger challenges and I think that your community and NT is a great place to develop, set new goals and challenges. I can guarantee you full commitment, promotion of your juniors internationally and among experienced managers from Poland. I am also able to support the training of selected juniors myself, and I will never feel sorry for a slot to support the development.
I like to cause surprises and stand up to stronger rivals, although you won't find me with a strongly defensive style of play. I think that together we will be able to develop some talents and in the process create potential for the adult NT.

First of all, thank you for your votes. I will do my best not to fail. Due to a busy week, I am only writing today. I would like to set up a separate topic related to U21 where I will describe what is happening in NTU21.
So far I have managed to:
- create a database of players,
- appoint several players - owners may be surprised, but I think it's worth keeping an eye on them
- check out the youngest players from Scotland - we will know what directions to work in to secure the squad for several seasons ahead
- watch a lot of U21 matches , watch some of your matches where the national team players appeared, etc.

There is still a lot of work to do. Preliminary plan for this season:
- participation in the U20 Mamma Mia World Cup
- participation in the [U21] Druid's Cup
- test, select and prepare the cadre for the next qualifiers
- help train the next generation
- have fun :D

I decided to apply for U21 coach for the next season. I believe that I did not disappoint expectations, we managed to move up in the rankings so that in the WCQ we will be drawn from the 3rd basket.
Several matches surprised me positively, we managed to make some surprises. Of course, it wasn't fun all the time because to this day I can't get over the defeat to the Philippines :D
Team review done, potentials checked, deficiencies are known, players I got to know - the plan for the next season is slowly being born in my head. I wonder what the elimination group will be!
I'm counting on your votes, hopefully I'll get another chance and together we'll make some surprises again.

For a while I wanted to candidate too, but then I looked on your job what you've been doing for it past season and I decided to give it up quickly. It seems you put good effort to it and it must be quite time consuming too.

Thank you very much for your vote. I encourage you to follow the forum topic on a regular basis. I will also try to systematically describe what is happening this season.
I look forward to some feedback, discussions, comments. It is also important to remember that most of the matches this season will be official matches so players will get a training bonus but there will also be a risk of injury.
I would like to get information if any of you do not want a particular player to perform in a match etc.

No problem, I understand it well. I had the same thing at one point. However, as time has shown, life without a sokker has proved more difficult :D
It turns out that even when there is no time and it is hard it is worth going to the forum, laughing and joking because there are interesting threads. And already some respite from the hard life. Only difference is that the Polish community is bigger, there are a lot of different topics "about nothing" and it's fun.

Dear colleagues
I re-submit my candidacy for the position of Scottish U21 selector. Leading this national team is a great honor and I would like to continue my work. Among other things, this is why I keep a very broad base of players, follow their progress, share suggestions on training so as to build a well-balanced team in a few seasons. I myself am training 6 Scots with the idea of creating some sort of back-up for NTu21.
Plans for next season:
- to take part in tournaments organized by the international community ( e.g. Druid's Cup) - this will allow to face strong teams, create tactics and test them against stronger rivals
- achieving a place in the rankng, which will give us the 3rd basket for the World Cup qualifying draw
- preparing team for the WCQ

After that? Fighting in the qualifiers !!!
